Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that our return and exchange policy follows the Consumer Protection Law and is subject to the store’s specific policy To benefit from return services, the following conditions must be met
1: Return services apply only in cases where there is a manufacturing defect in the ordered product The customer must submit a return request through the official communication channels within 48 hours from the time the order is received The customer is not eligible for a refund if the request is made after the mentioned timeframe
2: The product requested for return or exchange must be in its original condition, exactly as purchased, including all accessories
3: Products that have been opened cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect or store error is proven Non-returnable cases include misuse, incorrect washing that damages the item, or any action that causes alteration to the product
4: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost in case of a return
Important Notes
• For bank transfers, the refund will be processed back to the customer’s account within 2 to 15 business days
